*Returns will only be accepted if wig is unworn, lace uncut and tags still attached.

*Custom units have a processing time of 10-12 business days before being shipped out.

*Shipping time is 1-5 business days

If you need a wig for a specific date or event, it is YOUR responsibility to consider this processing time when placing your order!

*Monday-Friday = business days

*Billing and shipping address on all orders must match or your order will not be processed

*All ready to ship wigs will be shipped out within 2 business days

*NO rush orders are accepted at this time

*All "Ready to Ship" Collection wigs are sized 22.5”

*It is YOUR responsibility to ensure you select the correct wig size when purchasing your wig. We have provided a sizing chart for your usage on our FAQ page.

*No refunds will be issued due to selecting the wrong size wig
